I found a camp stove unicorn! I googled it, I tried looking up the manufacturer, tried looking up the patent number . . . nothing. Apparently this is the only Cookee Cook Stove in existence! (mild sarcasm)

But seriously - wanna be the envy of the other campers? This thing is seriously cool. Thought about keeping it for myself. I cleaned it up, gave it a bit of a polish, and she's good to go.

Several vintage Coleman Stoves, and a couple of propane models.

For each of the Colemans, I completely took them apart, cleaned the burners (every ring), cleaned the tubes, did my best to deal with rust/corrosion/wtf, repainted everything, and tested them to make sure they worked.

New Coleman 2-burner naptha stoves sell for $299 at Canadian Tire. New propane models start at about $85.

Help to keep perfectly good items out of the landfill, AND preserve the iconic history of these beautiful, bullet-proof camping essentials.

Prices reflect condition, but ALL have been cleaned and tested, and should last for many, many years due to their ingenious construction.

Another very cool find - an Eaton's camp stove. Won't see many (or any) of these around. I completely cleaned the burners and tubes, but the paint was in good condition so I just gave it a clean and a polish.

Butcher? Hunter? Just like cutting things? Found this set of vintage butchering knives. They were in SUCH bad condition. Took them apart, ground, sharpened, and polished the blades. Replaced the handles with pallet wood.

Each has a story.

$45 each, or $200 for the set.

7-Up fan? Very cool old cooler that has been lovingly restored.

Tried to deal with dents, gave it a good polish, sprayed the inside, and added an end-grain colour matching cutting board to the lid. Too much work for the return, but happy with the results.

Literally not another one in the world :)
